TestFlight Public Links on the forums
TestFlight Public Links are a great way to share beta versions of your apps with other members of the Apple Developer Program. With this new channel, you can share your TestFlight Public Links with the developer community, to gather valuable feedback on crucial elements, like technical implementation, user experience, design, and more. To maximize the benefits of posting TestFlight Public Links in the Developer Forums, here are some best practices to keep in mind: Provide details: Give comprehensive information about your app, like new features and test cases, and note specific areas where you seek feedback. The more detailed your post is, the better equipped the community will be to provide insight. Select platforms: Select the platforms that your beta app supports. Enter categories: Enter the App category you’ve selected or plan to select for your app on the App Store. Categories are critical to ensuring your post can be easily found by interested users. Stay connected with notifications: Enable web and push notifications so you’ll know when you receive feedback on your post. Note: The TestFlight app is still the most comprehensive way to gather feedback. This space is meant as a helpful secondary channel.

Cancel subscription not working in TestFlight
Hi, I have deployed my app on Test Flight, I have two subscriptions, monthly and yearly. User can have one of them at a time and upgrade, downgrade to the other. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel from the Apple Settings worked fine in the sandbox environment when testing locally. Now when I have deployed the app on TestFlight, I was able to purchase the subscription successfully from my app. Now when I want to cancel my subscription from the Apple Settings it gives me the following error after confirming cancellation, 'Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later.' Also the other subscription offer (yearly) is also not shown to which I could upgrade, even though in the sandbox I was able to upgrade downgrade from the settings. Another thing I have noticed is that the app Icon or name is not shown anywhere in settings with the subscription. Instead of app icon only empty square is shown. Even though app icon shows fine everywhere else. Can someone please help me figure out this issue?

Testflight issue: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist"
We submitted a build to testflight and received a confirmation email it was successfully uploaded. When we open testflight on our iPhone's (X, 6s) we get a message of "Could not install appname" "The requested app is not available or does not exist" Where appname is the name of the app. Its very confusing because I can see the build listed in testflight on my mobile device and can view it in iTunes connect. I also can't install prior builds that had worked successfully when I try.

TestFlight App uses wrong sandbox account for payment
I'm using TestFlight to test an app with payment/subscription functionality. I created sandbox accounts in AppStore Connect accordingly to be able to test the subscriptions. I'm logged in with the sandbox account. When I try to subscribe in the App the wrong account (this is my actual real AppleID) is used for the subscription although it is recognized that this is just a sandbox subscription. I tried: logging off/on into the sandbox account creating a totally new sandbox account trying to trigger the payment with no logged in sandbox account The result is always: in the payment popup it is stated that the purchase account will be my original AppleID and not a sandbox account. How can I switch the accounts? Is this a bug at Apple's side somehow?

TestFlight unable to install own application
Hi, I am facing a very weird issue where I am unable to download our own application from TestFlight for testing. This issue only happens for one of our applications; we are able to download our other applications without any issues. Furthermore, this only happens on one of our MacBooks; the game downloads fine on our other MacBook (macOS 15) and can run our application. When running the console, I noticed this error being thrown when the TestFlight fails the download: I have tried reinstalling TestFlight, clearing all instances of our application as what Finder can find, restarting the MacBook but nothing worked. Is there anyone that faced this similar issue, or any Apple staff that could help with this? OS version: macOS Tahoe (26 Beta) latest TestFlight was able to download on this version previously, until one day it couldn't (and not sure why), tried downloading latest version but did not solve the issue. Note: We noticed that we are unable to install our own application from the Appstore as well, on this MacBook that has the TestFlight issue.

Tesflight eCommerce error, Beta testers outside the US, for our MacOS App, are being told their ID is not valid in the US Store
Beta testers outside the US, for our MacOS App, are being told their ID is not valid in the US Store and that they must switch to a store in their country. Yet the store switch fails Essentially beta testers outside the US cannot do testflight sandbox eCommerce for the Mac version of our app. Note that eCommerce on the Mac works for US based testers and eCommerce for the iOS/iPadOS works for testers in all territories. Many of these testers are in India, the UK and Canada. We believe that this is incorrect, that storeKit is not correctly detecting the AppStore Region for mac based testflight eCommerce. At this point we have 382 testers, most outside the US and we can only Beta Test our app with US users. Attached are images of the messages that are coming from storeKit: Here is a link to a video from a user in Canada who is demonstrating the problem (cut and paste into browser) https://youtu.be/kB818wfVld4 Here is another link to a video from a user in Canada who is demonstrating the problem (cut and paste into browser). https://youtu.be/7uAZKo8wpfU We see that there is another post with a similar problem. Similar eCommerce Problem Because eCommerce works in all territories on iOS/iPadOS but ONLY in the US for Mac we suspect that this is an error that either a DBA or a coder will need to fix. Any insights from anyone would be appreciated.

App icon not showing in TestFlight and App Store Connect, but visible on device
Hi everyone, we are currently facing an issue with one of our apps regarding the new icon requirements in iOS 26. • We created the app icon using Apple’s Icon Composer. • On the device, everything works perfectly: the app icon is shown on the home screen, and it can also be customized with the new iOS 26 features (colors, transparency, etc.). • However, in TestFlight the app icon is not displayed at all (in the TestFlight app on the device). • In App Store Connect, the icon is also not shown in the overview for the app. Interestingly, within the list of TestFlight builds in App Store Connect the icon is visible. What we have tried so far: • Created an archive and manually uploaded it to App Store Connect → no icon in TestFlight. • Took the working Icon Composer asset from another app target where everything works correctly, deleted the old one in this project, and copied the working asset into the problematic target. → Same behavior: visible on the device, but still missing in TestFlight and App Store Connect overview. In contrast, in another app (using the same workflow and also Icon Composer), everything works perfectly: the icon shows up on the device, in TestFlight, and in App Store Connect. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there something specific that needs to be set in App Store Connect (e.g. Marketing Icon / Branding section), or could this be related to the new iOS 26 icon handling? Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

HELP: App Clip Card Doesn't Appear!
I integrated an Advanced App Clip Experience to my app. In trying to test the App Clip Card, the card does not appear when I tap the link on my device that is associated to the Advanced App Clip Experience. Listed are some contextual information: Testing on device running on iOS 18.3.1 Associated Domains: Main target app: applinks: App clips target app: applinks: and appclips: Archived and uploaded build to App Store Connect. Green "Testing" status via Testflight. On Distribution tab, green "Valid" status for build domain. Advanced App Clip Experience green "Received" status. Developer App Clip Testing Diagnostics: Green "Register Advanced Experience" status Green "App Clip Code" status Warning "App Clip Published on App Store" Orange Circle "Associated Domains" After looking at countless threads, I still cannot for the life of me find a solution to test the App Clip. Any guidance would be extremely appreciated. I had also submitted a support ticket with case ID #102552504973.

TestFlight is Unavailable
I use Apple Business Manager to install apps on my office iPads and to track them. I am a beta tester for a company that pushes new versions of their software through TestFlight. These iPads are logged into managed apple accounts [apple IDs] under my Apple Business Manager account. When I attempt to open TestFlight, I receive a message "TestFlight is currently unavailable, try again later." If I logout and sign in an iPad under a consumer Apple Account, TestFlight works properly. I however, want to use these iPads under my apple business account.

Urgent Help Needed: Apple Developer Account Deleted Due to App Name Similarity Issue
Hello everyone, I'm a developer who has been facing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account and the app submission process. I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support. Timeline of Events Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review. Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone. Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app. Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem. Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause. Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months. Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project. Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days. Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted. Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America. Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team. Impact of the Issue This situation has been very distressing as I’ve lost my developer account and the ability to publish apps. My users are constantly inquiring about the iOS versions of my apps, and I’m unable to provide them due to this issue. Request for Assistance I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Specifically: Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with app name similarity leading to account deletion? Are there any specific steps I can take to appeal the account deletion? Is there a direct way to contact Apple America for developer account issues? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Best regards.

Unable to Add Internal Groups to TestFlight Builds / Cannot distribute
In App Store Connect I've uploaded a new build about 11 hours ago and but I'm unable to distribute the App to my tester groups - including internal. The internal group is grayed out. I am able to Select an External group but they actually do not receive any email notification nor do they see any update within their TestFlight App. I've attempted to upload the build a few times, including old builds which had been distributed in the past to no avail. I'm not able to distribute to any tester group, please advise.

MacOS 26 TestFlight SIGKILLs app when updating
We're developing an Electron app for MacOS App Store. When updating our app through TestFlight, TestFlight prompts "Close This App to Update", and when I click "Continue" our app would be "Terminated" for update. Now this is where things go wrong. On MacOS 15 our app seems to be gracefully terminating (We attached it with lldb and it shows that our app returns with 0 when we click "Continue") which is fine. However for MacOS 26 though, it seems that TestFlight just directly SIGKILLs our app (indicated by lldb), which means that all of our app's child processes are left orphaned. Even worse, our app is singleton, which means that when the app relaunches it fails, because the leftover child processes from the previously SIGKILLed session is still alive, and even if we want to kill those orphaned child processes we can't because our app is sandboxed thus cannot kill processes outside of the current sandbox. We captured output from log stream (app name redacted): 12-02 22:08:16.477036-0800 0x5452 Default 0x5a4a7 677 7 installcoordinationd: [com.apple.installcoordination:daemon] -[IXSCoordinatorProgress setTotalUnitsCompleted:]: Progress for coordinator: [com.our.app/Invalid/[user-defined//Applications/OurApp.app]], Phase: IXCoordinatorProgressPhaseLoading, Percentage: 99.454 123: Attempt to set units completed on finished progress: 214095161 2025-12-02 22:08:16.483056-0800 0x53ba Default 0x5a5c9 167 0 runningboardd: (RunningBoard) [com.apple.runningboard:connection] Received termination request from [osservice<com.apple.installcoordinationd(274)>:677] on <RBSProcessPredicate <RBSProcessBundleIdentifierPredicate "com.our.app">> with context <RBSTerminateContext| explanation:installcoordinationd app:[com.our.app/Invalid/[user-defined//Applications/OurApp.app]] uuid:A3BC0629-124E-4165-ABB7-1324380FC354 isPlaceholder:N re portType:None maxTerminationResistance:Absolute attrs:[ 2025-12-02 22:08:16.488651-0800 0x53ba Default 0x5a5c9 167 7 runningboardd: (RunningBoard) [com.apple.runningboard:ttl] Acquiring assertion targeting system from originator [osservice<com.apple.installcoordinationd(274)>:677] with description <RBSAssertionDescriptor| "installcoordinationd app:[com.our.app/Invalid/[user-defined//Applications/OurApp.app]] uuid:A3BC0629-124E-4165-ABB7-1324380FC354 isPlaceholder:N" ID:167-677-1463 target:system attributes:[ 2025-12-02 22:08:16.489353-0800 0x53ba Default 0x5a5c9 167 0 runningboardd: (RunningBoard) [com.apple.runningboard:process] [app<application.com.our.app.485547.485561(501)>:2470] Terminating with context: <RBSTerminateContext| explanation:installcoordinationd app:[com.our.app/Invalid/[user-defined//Applications/OurApp.app]] uuid:A3BC0629-124E-4165-ABB7-1324380FC354 isPlaceholder:N reportType:None maxTerminationResistance:Absolute attrs:[ 2025-12-02 22:10:23.920869-0800 0x5a5a Default 0x5a4c6 674 14 appstoreagent: [com.apple.appstored:Library] [A95D57D7] Completed with 1 result: <ASDApp: 0xc932a8780>: {bundleID = com.our.app; completedUnitCount = 600; path = /Applications/OurApp.app; installed = 0} 2025-12-02 22:10:32.027304-0800 0x5ae5 Default 0x5a4c7 674 14 appstoreagent: [com.apple.appstored:Library] [BEB5F2FD] Completed with 1 result: <ASDApp: 0xc932a8780>: {bundleID = com.our.app; completedUnitCount = 600; path = /Applications/OurApp.app; installed = 0} 2025-12-02 22:10:36.542321-0800 0x5b81 Default 0x5a4c8 674 14 appstoreagent: [com.apple.appstored:Library] [185B9DD6] Completed with 1 result: <ASDApp: 0xc932a8780>: {bundleID = com.our.app; completedUnitCount = 600; path = /Applications/OurApp.app; installed = 0} The line "Terminating with context" seems suspicious. Successfully uploaded iOS app builds don't appear in App Store Connect
Since 1st of September archives uploaded via Xcode 26 beta 7 or builds distributed via CD (fastlane deliver) don't appear in App Store Connect. No errors reported during/after upload process, no e-mails with errors received. Xcode reports successful upload (with a few warnings regarding dSYM) I'm not getting any e-mails with ITMS errors Builds don't appear at in App Store Connect in TestFlight section (not even in "Processing" or "Failed" states). For me it seems like App Store Connect outage but all statuses in https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ are green.

"Missing required icon file" when submitting to TF from Xcode 26 beta 1
Trying to submit a build to TF from Xcode 26 via Xcode Cloud (both for iOS and macOS). The operation fails with this message: Missing app icon. Include a large app icon as a 1024 by 1024 pixel PNG for the 'Any Appearance' image well in the asset catalog of apps built for iOS or iPadOS. Without this icon, apps can't be submitted for review. For details, visit: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/configuring-your-app-icon. If you’ve added an icon made with Icon Composer, visit https://developer.apple.com/app-store-connect/release-notes/ for details about known issues. I thought it's because Icon Composer icons may not be supported yet, but then that last sentence is confusing me. Does this mean that TF just won't support Xcode 26 uploads yet, or does it accept them and I need to provide legacy icons for my build?

com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning missing in TestFlight build despite provisioning profile having it
In Xcode, under Signing & Capabilities (Release) for our bundle ID the selected provisioning profile does include the entitlement: com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning However, when we upload a new build to TestFlight, the Build Metadata → Entitlements section for the same bundle ID does not include com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning. Because of this, PKAddPaymentPassViewController does not open in TestFlight builds. This suggests that while the entitlement is enabled for the App ID and visible in Xcode, it may not yet be propagated to App Store Connect’s signing service for TestFlight/App Store builds. Please Note: The Wallet Entitlements team had confirmed that they had granted entitlements for our team and the apple IDs Xcode : 26.0.1 Profile being used: Distribution Profile

DriverKit issue with TestFlight
Hi, We’re developing a DriverKit extension for iPadOS. In local Debug and Release builds, everything works as expected, but the same build uploaded to TestFlight fails at IOServiceOpen with the following errors: -536870212 (0xE00002EC) kIOReturnUnsupported -536870201 (0xE00002F7) kIOReturnNotPermitted What we’ve verified so far App entitlements We checked our main app entitlements file, and it has the correct capabilities for the driverkit communication <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd"> <plist version="1.0"> <dict> <key>com.apple.developer.driverkit.communicates-with-drivers</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.developer.driverkit.userclient-access</key> <array> <string>abc.def.ABCDriver</string> </array> <key>com.apple.developer.system-extension.install</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.security.app-sandbox</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.security.device.usb</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.security.files.user-selected.read-write</key> <true/> </dict> </plist> we also checked the Provisioning profile (as shown on the portal) and the “Enabled Capabilities” seems to have the correct DriverKit Capabilities enabled. Enabled Capabilities Access Wi-Fi Information, DriverKit, DriverKit (development), DriverKit Communicates with Drivers, DriverKit USB Transport (development), DriverKit USB Transport - VendorID, DriverKit UserClient Access, iCloud, In-App Purchase, Sign In with Apple, System Extension When we download and inspect the provisioning profile as plain text, we notice that some expected DriverKit entitlements appear to be missing from the section. <key>Entitlements</key> <dict> <key>beta-reports-active</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.developer.networking.wifi-info</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.developer.driverkit</key> <true/> <key>com.apple.developer.driverkit.communicates-with-drivers</key> <true/> <key>application-identifier</key> <string>ABC123456.abc.def</string> <key>keychain-access-groups</key> <array> <string>ABC123456.*</string> <string>com.apple.token</string> </array> <key>get-task-allow</key> <false/> <key>com.apple.developer.team-identifier</key> <string>ABC123456</string> <key>com.apple.developer.ubiquity-kvstore-identifier</key> <string>ABC123456.*</string> <key>com.apple.developer.icloud-services</key> <string>*</string> <key>com.apple.developer.icloud-container-identifiers</key> <array></array> <key>com.apple.developer.icloud-container-development-container-identifiers</key> <array></array> <key>com.apple.developer.ubiquity-container-identifiers</key> <array></array> <key>com.apple.developer.driverkit.transport.usb</key> <array> <dict> <key>idVendor</key> <integer>1234</integer> </dict> </array> <key>com.apple.developer.applesignin</key> <array> <string>Default</string> </array> </dict> We have a couple of questions: Could the missing com.apple.developer.driverkit.userclient-access entitlement in the provisioning profile alone explain the kIOReturnUnsupported / kIOReturnNotPermitted failures from IOServiceOpen? Why do some DriverKit capabilities appear in the Apple Developer portal UI but vanish from the actual profile we download? Is there an extra step we’re overlooking when regenerating profiles after toggling those capabilities? Thanks

Thanks
